MBSE Systems Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, flow down, and track system requirements
- Support system architecture development and interface definition
- Develop and maintain SysML MBSE models
- Plan and lead system verification and validation activities
- Perform systems engineering trade studies and risk assessments
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Support integration activities for hardware and software systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams across programs
- Produce technical reports, presentations, and engineering documentation
- Support system lifecycle activities including design, testing, and deployment

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aero/Astro Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of systems engineering experience supporting space or airborne systems
- Experience supporting full systems engineering lifecycle activities across multiple programs
