At Oakley Country Club, just fifteen minutes from downtown Boston, we are seeking full and part-time Food Servers. THE BASICS

Pay: As a Food Server, you will earn $17 - $20/hour while working in a beautiful private club setting. Enjoy our convenient location directly on the MBTA #73 bus line!

Schedule: Full and part-time positions available. 7 AM is the earliest possible start time, and the latest end time is 12 AM. We offer day and evening shifts, and schedules will fall within our business hours to help maintain a work-life balance.

YOUR DAY AS A FOOD SERVER

Each day, you will step into a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where hospitality comes first. You will welcome members and guests, take food and beverage orders with accuracy, and ensure their dining experience is smooth and enjoyable. With a friendly and outgoing approach, you will make personalized recommendations and collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to deliver prompt service. You will play a key role in creating a warm, memorable experience for everyone who dines at Oakley Country Club.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A FOOD SERVER

• Great personality (outgoing, personable, and customer-focused)
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating a welcoming dining experience

One year of server experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right candidate.
