Key Responsibilities

✅ Design and implement scalable, high-performance data architecture solutions using Snowflake.

✅ Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines utilizing SnowSQL and Spark for efficient data ingestion and transformation.

✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

✅ Optimize data pipelines, workflows, and Snowflake environments for performance, reliability, and scalability.

✅ Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and capacity planning within Snowflake ecosystems.

✅ Stay current with emerging Snowflake capabilities, best practices, and cloud technologies.

✅ Create and maintain architecture documentation, technical standards, and operational procedures.

✅ Mentor team members through code reviews, technical guidance, and best-practice recommendations.

Required Skills

✔ Proven experience as a **Snowflake Architect**

✔ Strong expertise in **SnowSQL** and **Spark**

✔ Deep understanding of **Snowflake architecture, features, performance optimization, and best practices**

✔ Strong SQL programming and data modeling skills

✔ Experience with cloud platforms such as **AWS** or **Azure**

✔ Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Skills

Experience with visualization tools such as **Tableau** or **Power BI**

Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks

Familiarity with machine learning concepts and data science ecosystems

Experience working in Agile development environments

Exposure to project management and collaboration tools

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

10–15 years of experience in software development, data architecture, and cloud-based solutions

Snowflake and cloud certifications are highly preferred
