**Job Title: Picker and Packer** **Job Description** We are currently seeking a dedicated Picker and Packer for a 1st shift position from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. This role involves working in a team-oriented environment, packing boxes according to a packing list and box size, operating at a packing station. Tasks include packing products into boxes, weighing them, taping, labeling, and palletizing for shipment. You will rotate between packing, taping/labeling, and palletizing throughout the day to ensure a varied work experience. Experience with machine operation is beneficial, as you may be required to operate a steady type of packing machine. **Responsibilities** + Pack boxes according to packing list and box size. + Operate at a packing station to pack products into boxes. + Weigh, tape, label, and place boxes onto pallets for shipment. + Rotate between packing, taping/labeling, and palletizing tasks. + Operate packing machinery as needed. **Essential Skills** + Ability to work well with others. + High School Education. + Ideally 6 months of experience in warehouse, picking, or packing. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Good communication skills. + Safety conscious. + Ability to follow written work instructions in English. + Must be able to pass a safety test after watching a safety video. **Why Work Here?** We offer long-term employment opportunities with great benefits, fostering a supportive and inclusive work culture. **Work Environment** The work environment requires steel-toed boots, and eye and hearing protection may be needed depending on the building.
