Health Coach

Fully Remote | Flexible Schedule | $28-38 per hour

Most people over 65 do not need more advice. They need someone who will actually pick up the phone, listen, and help them figure out what to do next. That is what this job is.

At EZ Health, we help older adults navigate the healthcare system with less stress and more support. We work with seniors who often feel overwhelmed by appointments, insurance, benefits, and day-to-day health logistics. Our goal is to help them stay safe, supported, and living independently at home.

We are growing quickly and hiring many health coaches every week.

Why this role stands out

This is not a high-volume call center job where you rush through hundreds of people. You will work with a small caseload, usually around 20 clients or fewer, so you can build real relationships and provide thoughtful, personalized support.

Most of the work happens by phone. This role is a strong fit for someone who is warm, calm, clear, and comfortable building trust through conversation.

We also use AI and software tools to make the work more efficient, but the relationship is still deeply human. Seniors count on us when they feel confused, stuck, or alone in the process.

What you’ll do

• Support seniors by phone with empathy, patience, and follow-through
• Help clients understand healthcare benefits, services, and next steps in simple language
• Assist with appointments, referrals, transportation, meals, and community resources
• Communicate with medical offices, insurance plans, pharmacies, and service providers to solve problems
• Find practical alternatives when the standard process is slow or unhelpful
• Keep organized notes and manage multiple client needs at once

What we’re looking for

You do not need direct healthcare or health coaching experience to succeed in this role. We will train the right person.

You may be a strong fit if you:

• Enjoy talking with seniors and making people feel comfortable
• Communicate clearly and kindly, especially over the phone
• Are dependable, organized, and good at managing details
• Learn quickly and like figuring things out
• Are comfortable using tools like Google Docs, Google Sheets, and similar software

• Hours: Part-time or full-time; minimum 28 hours per week, up to 40 hours
• Schedule: Weekday daytime hours
• Pay: $28–$38 per hour, depending on experience, with room for growth over time
