Job Title: Extrusion Operator

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Extrusion Machine Operators for various shifts with competitive pay based on experience. Operators will be responsible for setting up, running, and breaking down equipment, as well as maintaining product quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and break down product on equipment.
• Read and properly fill out required paperwork.
• Input data into the SAP system.
• Monitor and inspect product for conformance to specifications and ensure product is free of defects..

Essential Skills

• Ability to train on the first shift.
• Mechanically inclined with basic math skills.
• Experience in extrusion, industrial, or manufacturing fields is preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Extrusion experience is a plus.
• Candidates should not be colorblind due to handling color-coded wires.

Work Environment

The work environment is temperature-controlled, clean, and well-lit, with a large cafeteria-style breakroom. Shift options include a second shift from 3pm to 11:30pm with a 10% differential and a third shift from 11pm to 7:30am with a 15% differential.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Grafton, MA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
