Accounts Payable Clerk - $25/hr

This position is a DIRECT HIRE ROLE from day one

Responsibilities:

• Processing vendor invoices and supporting document for payment
• Receive vendor invoices and match to supporting documents (receiving documents and purchase orders) and enter into payables system.
• Ensure company captures all available discounts
• Review documentation for errors or discrepancies in quantities, pricing, etc. and resolve with Parts Manager
• Receive and reconcile vendor statements to accounts payable system.
• Run weekly open purchase order report and investigate old purchase orders with parts dept
• Run weekly check run, and provide supporting documents, for signature
• Reconcile company credit card bill and ensure supporting documentation is attached.
• Maintain accountability of all types of credits received (warranty, co-op, other).
• Post monthly adjustments to the general ledger
• Prepare monthly reconciliation of accounts payable
• Review & reconcile inventory transactions in purchasing and payables modules.
• Maintain up-to-date files of Form W-9 for vendors.
• Prepare annual 1099’s for vendors.

Qualifications:

• Previous accounts payable experience
• Experience with basic general ledger account analysis and review

Hours are:

Monday through Friday – 8am to 5pm

The pay is up to $25.00 an hour
