Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer to join our fire and flood restoration team. In this role, you will assist with cleaning, demolition, debris removal, and general restoration tasks at residential and commercial properties affected by fire, smoke, water, or mold damage. This is a hands-on, entry-level position with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced and rewarding industry. Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in cleanup and restoration of properties damaged by fire, smoke, water, and mold
• Perform demolition, debris removal, and material hauling
• Set up and monitor drying equipment (fans, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers)
• Clean and sanitize affected areas using proper safety techniques and chemicals
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from work trucks
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Communicate with crew leaders and follow instructions closely
• Document work performed with basic notes or photos as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in construction, demolition, or restoration is a plus but not required
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various conditions (heat, cold, confined spaces)
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
