Salary: $812 / Week

Job Title: 1:1 CNA - Middle School

Location: Newton, MA

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 weeks to start (High likelihood of extension)

Schedule:

• Monday: 7:20 AM - 4:00 PM (includes after-school club)

• Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:20 AM - 2:20 PM

• Wednesday: 7:20 AM - 1:40 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide 1:1 support for a middle school student with a colostomy bag. The CNA will assist the student throughout the school day, including:

• Academic support

• Lunch assistance

• Transitions between classes and services

• Personal care related to the colostomy bag

Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification

• Pediatric experience strongly preferred

• School-based experience highly desirable

• Experience managing colostomy care required

Contract Requirements:

• Fingerprinting

• CORI background check

Compensation:

• $25/hour

Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required

Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice

Current CPR if applicable

TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
