Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment, specifically skid steers or loaders, to remove snow from assigned commercial sites according to site maps and instructions.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of all equipment, adhering to company safety standards and procedures.
• Be available and prepared to work during all winter snow events, regardless of timing or duration.
• Arrive on time and ready to work for each shift.
• Work extended hours as necessary based on the severity and duration of snow events.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment, specifically skid steers or loaders.
• Ability to adapt to changing work hours and dynamic weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to assigned commercial sites in the Dedham, Waltham, Framingham, Westborough, or Worcester areas.

Compensation

Competitive hourly rates with weekly direct deposit payments. Compensation details will be provided during the application process.
