Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

• Support attorneys in all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, custody, child support, guardianships, and restraining orders.
• Draft, proofread, and file legal documents such as motions, affidavits, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel with professionalism and empathy.
• Organize and manage case files, deadlines, and calendars to ensure smooth case progression.
• Assist in preparing for hearings, mediations, and trials.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1+year of paralegal experience, with strong family law knowledge.
• Highly organized with excellent writing and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
• Comfortable working in-office most days (we value collaboration and team culture).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with legal software a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese
