Property Manager

Randstad is proud to partner with a leading Boston-based non-profit organization. We are seeking a mission-driven Property Manager to oversee property operations across a diverse portfolio of housing and shelter programs serving individuals and families.

In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between private landlords, internal facilities teams, and program staff to ensure high-quality client experience. Valid drivers license and personal vehicle required.

salary: $31 - $35.7 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Actively market the organization to existing and potential landlords; build relationships, negotiate new leases, and track unit replacement needs across the portfolio.

• Process lease renewals and negotiate rents to ensure alignment with HUD Fair Market Rents (FMR); prepare and review rent reasonableness assessments for new and existing units.

• Manage and process initial, interim, and annual client recertifications; calculate rent and determine ongoing program eligibility based on specific subsidy guidelines.

• Support and coordinate initial, annual, and special unit inspections in accordance with Housing Quality Standards (HQS) and contractual compliance requirements.

• Partner with program staff to address client concerns, enforce lease agreements, issue violations when necessary, and collaboratively develop behavioral or housekeeping action plans.

• Approximately 20–30% of the role involves local travel to meet landlords, visit sites, and inspect units.
