The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, coaching and developing sales professionals, implementing structured sales processes, and creating a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, build, and develop a high-performing sales team through hands-on coaching, mentorship, and performance management
• Train sales talent using structured, repeatable processes
• Set clear expectations, goals, and performance metrics aligned with company objectives
• Execute and refine sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
  Conduct regular ride-alongs, performance reviews, and training sessions
• Instill discipline, accountability, and operational excellence within the sales organization
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and leadership to ensure seamless customer experience
• Uphold company values and represent Super Service Titan with professionalism and integrity

Required Qualifications

• Track record of building, leading, and developing successful sales teams
• Demonstrated ability to coach individuals to higher levels of performance
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, inspire, and hold teams accountable
• Experience managing performance metrics, forecasts, and sales pipelines
• Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills
• High level of discipline, integrity, and mission-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home services, construction, HVAC, plumbing, or a related industry
• Experience leading teams in high-growth or performance-driven environments
• Formal sales training or leadership development experience
