Prep Cook at Uno Pizzeria – Downtown Worcester, MA

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep station and kitchen area
- Assist in portioning, chopping, and measuring ingredients for daily service
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Support the kitchen team in completing prep tasks efficiently to ensure smooth service
- Stock and replenish supplies as needed to maintain inventory levels
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure quality and consistency
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a prep cook or line cook role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
