This role focuses on individual direct sales and/or multiple dwelling units to establish relationships to meet sales targets. To maximize sales and/or winbacks, this role utilizes their extensive product knowledge and sales experience.**Job Description****Core Responsibilities*** Showcasing Comcast product expertise and promoting/selling to customers by door-to-door canvassing in assigned area* Demonstrating current knowledge of XFINITY Residential products including their features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns* Communicating and developing rapport with customers effectively. Evaluating individual customers' existing and potential product needs and making recommendations* Increasing customer understanding of Comcast products and pricing models as well as unique benefits over other service providers* Evaluating offers from other companies and framing a response to showcase the advantages of Comcast* Must meet the physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to, the ability to walk and/or travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions* Where applicable, obtain and maintain any credentials and/or licenses necessary to sell and/or design alarm systems as required by law* Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.* Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
