Location: Leominster, MA

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Compensation: Up to $55 per hour (based on experience)

An established, growing private dental practice is seeking a patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team.

What You'll Do:

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments.
• Provide routine and periodontal cleanings.
• Take digital radiographs and intraoral images.
• Perform periodontal charting and risk assessments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Assist in identifying restorative and periodontal treatment needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and OSHA guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Current Massachusetts Registered Dental Hygienist license.
• Local anesthesia certification (if applicable under state regulations).
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.

Preferred:

• Previous private practice experience.
• Experience with digital radiography and electronic dental records.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional patient care.
