Requirements

Required Skills

• Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident
  
• High school diploma or GED required
  
• Physically and mentally fit for high-responsibility work
  
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
  
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
  
• No prior corrections or law enforcement experience needed
  
• Must pass a background check, psychological screening, and fitness evaluation
  
• Veterans, Guardsmen, Reservists, and military spouses strongly encouraged to apply
  

Military Experience that Translates Well
