We are growing and looking for dedicated Per Diem Caregivers to join our supportive, professional team.
As a Per Diem Caregiver , you will provide non-medical, in-home support and companionship to elderly clients. This role offers excellent flexibility and is perfect for caregivers who are passionate about helping others while balancing their own schedules.
What You’ll DoAssist with personal care tasks: bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and general household organization
Provide medication reminders following the care plan
Accompany clients to appointments or errands (as needed)
Observe and promptly report any changes in condition to the Care Coordinator
Document care provided clearly and accurately
At least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or family care accepted)
A compassionate, dependable, and patient personality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow individualized care plans
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
CNA/HHA certification a plus, but not required
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Per diem with flexible shifts—days, evenings, weekends, and overnights
