Turret Forklift Operator – Raynham, MA
Pay: $19.18 – $32.40/hr
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

We're hiring a Turret Forklift Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse team. In this role, you'll safely operate a turret truck to pick, pull, move, stage, and put away full pallets while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with warehouse and material handling experience who thrive in an organized, team-oriented environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Operate a Turret Forklift to pick, pull, transport, stage, and put away full pallets throughout the warehouse.
• Accurately label orders by recording order number, receiver name, and case quantities on pallets, boxes, and containers.
• Pull customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet production and shipping deadlines.
• Assist with freight movement and product location after order completion.
• Inspect pallets and report damaged pallets or inventory issues to leadership.
• Complete daily forklift inspection and maintenance checklists.
• Monitor battery charge levels, perform basic battery maintenance, and properly return equipment to charging stations.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA standards while operating material handling equipment.
• Support warehouse operations by operating additional material handling equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a Turret Forklift required.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics environments preferred.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in cold storage temperatures as low as -20&degree;F or dry warehouse temperatures up to 100&degree;F, depending on facility assignment.
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as business needs require.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying noise levels.
