Product Manager, Merchandising Experiences
An Important Note about Wayfair's In-Office Policy and Salary:
Please note that this is a hybrid role based in Boston, and will require you to work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
The salary range for this position is $126,500 - $137,500 per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Restricted stock units will be provided as part of the compensation package.

Within Global Supplier Technology (GST), the Curated Merchandising Systems team owns the strategy, design, and engineering of Wayfair’s Curated Merchandising Systems, enabling merchants to select the best products for our premium shelves.
As a Product Manager on our Curated Merchandising Systems team, you will own the discovery, definition, and launch of new capabilities supporting assortment management for our premium brands, physical retail and other curated experiences. You will partner with user experience design, machine learning, business, and engineering stakeholders across our merchant and customer experiences. You will launch new offerings and optimize existing experiences to enable merchant teams at Wayfair to identify our suppliers’ best products and use those products to build the best brands, fill store shelves and other curated experiences.
What You'll Do
- Leverage a deep understanding of our customers, business strategy, and KPIs to define and drive the vision for curated merchandising and assortment management capabilities used by Wayfair merchants.
- Use a combination of user experience and data science to optimize our product portfolio to improve assortment outcomes and maximize value to Wayfair.
- Own roadmap planning and manage execution with a dedicated engineering team.
- Evolve our strategy as we learn and adjust our business goals, and work cross-functionally to continually improve velocity of insights and experimentation.
- Define product requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams across departments, including Curated Merchandising.
- Partner with the engineering team to drive timely and smooth execution through sprint rituals like grooming, planning and retrospective.
- Influence the evolution of Wayfair's strategy for assortment management and curated merchandising.
