The Orangetheory Fitness concept is built around the Fitness Coach role which delivers our 1-hour full-body group workout. Our workout is backed by science tracked by technology and inspired and led by certified coaches ... YOU!

What we offer our full-time Fitness Professionals:

• Coaches are in the studio about 35 hours per week with great income and full benefits.
• We offer a consistent schedule with options of early bird night owl or a variety based on your preferences.
• Our Coaches earn a consistent income without the worry of clients with no shows or last minute cancellations.
• New studios are opening all over the metro area and we love to promote from within for leadership positions.
• This is a fun high-energy health-orientated team and a great place to build a fitness career.

Qualifications:

• Fitness Certification: Personal or Group Training.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• A big smile and a great attitude.
• Sincere in your communication team player care about others.
• Growth-minded and open to learning.
• Attention to detail; follow proven systems and policies.

Compensation: $25-$65/hour
