Provide Risk Management services to help clients enhance their risk strategy, optimize risk management functions, and improve controls and processes by implementing SAP business process controls tools. Assist clients in overcoming challenges of risk management and focus on improving business performance through SAP business process controls. Help clients implement technology solutions to enrich and improve decision making, provide visibility and transparency of risk and compliance to stakeholders, and automate manual processes. Utilize leading practice business tools and methodologies to serve diverse and sophisticated clients across multiple industries. Design and develop SAP controls solutions across all SAP applications (On-prem/ Cloud/ Saas) in accordance with business requirements and security/compliance, regulatory standards. Participate in SAP audit discussions (Internal & External), questions and help resolve governance, and compliance issues. Communicate across functions (internal and external to EY) to identify and document functional requirements. Keep abreast of industry developments, practices, and trends with the SAP Controls space. Advise on process and controls improvement, to help clients optimize their processes and controls by focusing them on risks, taking advantage of opportunities to streamline and eliminate duplicative controls and leveraging technology to automate controls.Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Manage project delivery. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Management information Systems, Information Security, Supply Chain, or a related field and 5 years of work experience. Employer will accept a 3 or 4 year degree. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Management information Systems, Information Security, Supply Chain, or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.
Must have 3 years of experience in an SAP S/4 Controls lead role. Must have 3 years of hands-on experience with designing, building, testing and deploying Application security framework across various SAP applications, including SAP S/4 HANA. Must have 3 years of experience in designing and testing automated controls within SAP environments to meet regulatory and compliance standards. Must have 3 years of experience with SAP Controls framework across all SAP business processes (including purchase-to-pay, record-to-report, and order-to-cash). Must have 2 years of experience in project management, including scope, timing, resource allocation, and performance. Must have 3 years of experience supervising onshore and offshore teams throughout the project life cycle. Must have 3 years of professional services client facing consulting experience. Must have 3 years of SAP technical experience in the strategy, assessment, design, and implementation of business process controls and GRC risk solutions. Must have 3 years of experience integrating SAP S/4 HANA controls with financial and operational processes for SOX and regulatory compliance. Travel required up to 80%, of which 10% may be international to serve client needs. The base salary for this job is $180,005.00 per year. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
