Delivery Person for Ariens & Honda Snowblowers
Summary Farina's is a family-owned company and has been the leading retailer of lawn & power equipment in the Greater Boston area for 50 years. We are looking for highly responsible individuals who are committed to growing with us. We sell and service only top-quality equipment including snowblowers from Honda, Ariens and Toro. We are looking for individuals to deliver new snowblowers to customers and also pick up snowblowers that require service from residential and corporate customers in our local area. We provide a company vehicle (Sprinter Van) for use in making deliveries. Drivers must have their own cell phone. FLEXIBLE HOURS: Work weekdays or Saturdays or a combination of both Duties -Assist in assembling and prepping snowblowers to be delivered locally to customers using company vehicle
-Load and unload snowblowers from delivery van and explain operation instructions to customers upon delivery
- Use Maps App on phone to locate mulitple locations for particular delivery run and load snowblowers into van accordingly
- Complete basic paperwork with customer upon delivery or pickup
- Complete deliveries in a timely and organized manner
-Must possess a valid Massachusetts Driver's License with a clean driving record
-Must be responsible and punctual
-Must pay attention to details and follow instructions
-Able to clearly communicate with customers and co-workers
-Have a positive attitude and be a team player with other co-workers
-MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON SOME SATURDAYS. There is flexiblity with weekday schedule. Nice To Haves
- Basic knowledge of how snowblowers work.
- Able to start and operate a snowblower.
