@LifeAtALKU as an Internal Recruiter:

The primary focus of the Internal Recruiter will be the sourcing and screening of candidates for ALKU’s full-time sales roles and internship positions. The role will involve working closely with management to understand hiring needs company-wide as well as acting as a liaison for candidates throughout the entire interview and hiring process. Additionally, an Internal Recruiter is expected to stay engaged as a resource for hires through the transition from applicant to hire.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Screen applicants to identify those candidates that exhibit the characteristics that ALKU looks for in a hire


• Facilitate and coordinate interview processes for candidates and ALKU hiring managers


• Maintain and cultivate professional relationships with hires


• Proactively prospect and source candidate from personal outreach


• Work to fulfill and exceed daily and weekly metrics
