We are looking to add a BMW and/or Audi/VW automotive technician to our team!

You should have demonstrated experience as an auto technician with at least 5 years experience working on these specific vehicles. You will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing customer vehicles.

Automotive Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles.
• Identify problems with vehicles using the diagnostic equipment.
• Explain automotive repairs/issues to provide great customer service.
• Plan repair procedures using charts, repair manuals and experience.
• Test the functionality of parts and systems.
• Perform basic service tasks such as inspection services, periodic maintenances and multi-point inspections.
• Willingness to learn with hands-on training.
• Help keep repair shop clean and organized.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• *Experience involving the application of performance modifications and performance parts installation is a plus!!

Automotive Technician Requirements:

• 5 Years experience of working with BMW or Audi/VW vehicles. (required)
• Diagnostic skills! Ability to use the diagnostic equipment and tire service equipment.
• Understanding of vehicle specific automotive systems and chassis codes.
• Must have own tools.
• Computer skills including typing technician notes and using our shop management software.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Self motivation and works well with others.
• Automotive and engine repair experience or automotive training required.
• Hold a valid driver license.
• Must read, interpret and transcribe data in order to maintain accurate records.
• Perform routine maintenance and other tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• May lift objects that weigh as much as 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with heavy equipment
• Good hand-eye coordination.
