Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Volleyball Coach to join our coaching team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for the sport and a strong commitment to nurturing young athletes. As a coach at Lionheart Volleyball Club, you will have the opportunity to inspire and guide players, helping them grow both as individuals and as a team. If you are an encouraging, knowledgeable, and positive mentor, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and conduct effective practice sessions.
Teach fundamental volleyball skills and advanced techniques.
Develop and implement game strategies.
Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to players.
Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
Communicate regularly with players, parents, and club management.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
Represent Lionheart Volleyball Club in a professional and positive manner.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience coaching youth camps or sports.
Previous coaching experience in volleyball (preferred).
Strong knowledge of the rules, strategies, and techniques of volleyball.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Commitment to fostering a supportive and respectful team culture.
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
Background check clearance.
