Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Functional Business Analyst to support a large-scale Workday ERP transformation initiative. This individual will play a critical role in business process design, solution validation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities within the Procurement workstream. The ideal candidate has strong experience supporting ERP implementations, deep knowledge of Procurement operations and Workday Procurement functionality, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, system integrators, functional leads, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design and validate business processes within the Procurement workstream.
- Coordinate solution validation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, system integrators, functional leads, and technical teams.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements.
- Coordinate testing efforts and manage defect resolution.
- Support data conversion, reporting requirements, and business process documentation.
- Participate in cutover planning, go-live support, and hypercare processes.
Essential Skills
- 5+ years of experience supporting ERP implementation projects through the full project lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Procurement functionality and configuration.
- Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, and Supply Chain management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Workday Certification (Procurement preferred).
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale ERP transformation programs.
- Experience working with system integrators and cross-functional project teams.
- Experience supporting Workday implementations within complex healthcare environments.
Work Environment
The role involves working collaboratively with various teams in a dynamic environment. It requires effective communication and coordination across different departments to ensure the successful implementation of the ERP system. The work may involve some travel and the use of advanced technology platforms.
Remote with abilities to be on site in Boston for workday Implementation events
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $85.00 - $100.00/hr.
