Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Determine precise premiums for various risks using a mix of automated systems (POS, PMS, ACT) and manual rating methods.
• Partner closely with Underwriters and Technicians to deliver accurate quotes, endorsements, and renewals that meet evolving customer needs.
• Execute the full range of policy transactions, including new business, renewals, non-renewals, rewrites, and cancellations for diverse lines of business.
• Act as a key point of contact for agents and insureds, resolving inquiries and errors with professional written and verbal communication.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of experience within the insurance industry or a related financial services field.
• Experience investigating complex issues and proposing creative solutions
• Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Professional verbal and written communication skills tailored for both internal stakeholder alignment and external customer support.

• Starting pay of $21.00/hour during the contract phase, converting to an annual salary of $45,000 upon permanent hire.
