️‍⚕️ Your Role as a Registered Nurse:

You'll be the clinical cornerstone for our patients, providing expert care and leadership in the comfort of their homes. As an RN, you'll assess, plan, and manage patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that shares your commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

*Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments based on individual patient needs and provider orders

*Develop and continually update care plans to reflect evolving conditions and goals

*Deliver skilled nursing interventions within the scope of practice and in accordance with physician directives

*Maintain detailed and compliant documentation per all state, federal, and agency regulations

*Lead case conferences , promoting collaboration between caregivers and clinicians

*Provide culturally sensitive education to patients and families regarding condition management and treatment plans

*Advocate for patient dignity, preferences, and well-being at every step of the care journey

✅ What You'll Need:

*Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (RN)

* Active Registered Nurse license in MA

* Valid CPR/BLS certification

* Reliable transportation & valid driver's license

* 1+ year of experience in acute care, home health, outpatient, or community health (within the last 2 years)

* Up-to-date health certificate & TB test

*Clear understanding of HIPAA and strong commitment to confidentiality

* Fluent in English (spoken & written)

*Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.

Compensation:

* $45/visit

* $40/medication administration

* $100/admission visit
