An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Works directly with Consulting sales to analyze customer business needs.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:

Partner with customers in leading all phases of Oracle-NetSuite Implementation processes,
-
business alignment workshops,
-
designing and configuring the system as per leading practices,
-
working with customers in creating positive experience,
-
assisting on data conversion activities.

thought leader and advisor to customers to embed leading and best practices
-
drive high level of customer satisfaction
-
Conduct sessions with the customer via Zoom or in person, attend project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables
-
Provide customers with as needed consulting and general assistance and be a 'go-to' resource for specific functional areas
-
Contribute to the solutions repository/best practices and knowledge share activities and participate in Subject Matter Expert programs

Ability to handle a variety of different projects simultaneously and capable of managing multiple deadlines.

Support the sales cycle through scoping of Professional Services engagements, executive-level prospect meetings, and solution reviews
-
Assist in expanding Professional Services sales' installed base of existing customers, as well as present and promote the value of Oracle NetSuite Professional Services to prospective customers

Train and mentor more junior consulting staff
Qualifications include:
-
7 OR more years cumulative relevant professional experience, to include significant functional consulting in the Ad agencies industry
-
Expertise in the full life cycle implementation of Agency/Media industry vertical focused ERP solutions

Strong project and team leadership skills
-
Outstanding client-facing skills with history of building effective relationships with clients and colleagues

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
-
NetSuite product certification a plus

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $78,500 to $128,500 per annum.
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
