Marketing & Office Assistant
Taylor Davis Co. is a well-established paving and site work company proudly serving Western Massachusetts. With deep roots in the local community, the company is committed to quality workmanship, teamwork, and community engagement. As the business continues to grow, Taylor Davis Co. is seeking a Marketing and Operations Assistant for the upcoming summer season. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, operations, and community outreach—ideal for high school or college students eager to develop practical skills in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Canvass local neighborhoods to distribute marketing materials and positively represent the Taylor Davis Co. brand
- Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and organizational support
- Help plan, coordinate, and set up company and community events
- Support the marketing team with various projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing, and dependable attitude
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- No prior experience required—enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Compensation
$17–19 per hour , based on experience. Part-time, approximately 10–25 hours per week. This is a seasonal position for summer 2026.
