Per Deim Physical Therapist for Assessments (PT)

$100-$110 Per Visit - Dedham, Norwood or Foxborough area (Homecare)

What You'll Do

• 1-2 years of experience doing PT initial assessments (Some Homecare experience is needed)
• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises and mobility techniques to improve strength, coordination, and independence.
• Observe, document, and report patient progress or changes to the supervising therapist and physician.
• Educate patients and their families on safe mobility practices and use of assistive equipment.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in accordance with BrightStar Care standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current, valid Massachusetts license to practice as a PT.
• Current CPR/BLS certification, and TB test results.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience; home care experience preferred.
