- Full Lifecycle Management: Work with UX, engineering, QA, and services teams to guide features from initial concept and design to global release and customer adoption.
Requirements
- HealthTech Industry Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Patient Services, Hub Operations, Field Reimbursement, or Product Management for patient-specific software. You must have a deep understanding of HIPAA, GDPR, and patient privacy regulations.
- Software Product Management: 3+ years of PM experience at a software company, with a proven track record of owning and launching enterprise-grade SaaS products.
- Strategic Influence: Demonstrated ability to work across multiple product teams to influence roadmaps and drive shared goals in a complex, matrixed PM environment.

- Technical Execution: Experience writing detailed requirement specifications, managing backlogs, and leading engineering teams in an agile environment.
- Communication: Superior ability to translate Patient Services "shop talk" into technical requirements for developers and executive-level visions for customers.
