Position Overview:



We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Web Developer (Java) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications, utilizing Java for back-end development and modern front-end frameworks to deliver interactive, scalable, and high-performance solutions.

This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-centric products in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable web applications covering both front-end and back-end components.
• Front-End Development: Develop user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular , or Vue.js .
• Back-End Development: Implement business logic, APIs, and microservices using Java , Spring Boot , or Java EE frameworks.
• Database Management: Design and optimize relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) database schemas and queries.
• API Integration: Create and integrate RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless data flow between front-end and back-end.
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers, UI/UX designers, and fellow developers to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Testing & Debugging: Develop and maintain unit and integration tests; troubleshoot issues and ensure application quality.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and efficient performance under high load.
• Version Control: Use Git, GitHub, or GitLab for source control and collaborative development workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 2–7 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development with a strong focus on Java.
• Back-End Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and RESTful web services.
• Front-End Proficiency: Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Database Skills: Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. Proficient in writing optimized SQL queries.
• Version Control: Experience with Git, and familiarity with repositories such as GitHub or GitLab.
• Agile Practices: Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
• Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges efficiently and independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cloud Experience: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• CI/CD: Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
• Containerization: Proficiency with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
• Testing: Hands-on experience with JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, or other testing frameworks.
• DevOps Understanding: Exposure to DevOps practices including automation, monitoring, and continuous deployment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $7,514 – $140,084 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
