Site Supervisor
- Supervise, plan and coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments (scheduling), setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
- Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and techniques.
- Continually monitor the cleanroom/janitorial cleaning operations to ensure all activities are completed promptly and correctly.
- Responsible for insuring staff training completion, use of technical skills, maintaining safety, and meeting partner expectations.
- Organize and lead assigned job SOW to insure efficiency, high productivity, high quality, and the use of best practices at the site.
- Responsible for meeting project deliverables based on project goals, Quality goals and company priorities.
- Utilize project management tools, processes and principles to enable project success.
- Makes repeated rounds to check for crew coverage of designated work areas, assigns needed coverage, gives special cleaning instructions and/or assignments, and determines compliance with directives.
- Manage job resources to ensure effective team performance and exceed partner expectations.
- Identify and resolve project issues.
- Identify the technical, procedural and equipment issues that hinder cleaning performance. Inform support personnel and Operations Manager.
- Recommend performance metrics for the cleaning service which will be reliable indicators of service quality, systems performance, productivity, and overall quality costs.
- Identify deviations (errors/mistakes) and follow through on corrective and preventative actions (fixes).

- Follows Good Manufacturing Practices
- Review and make recommendations for change to cGMP documentation such as SOPs.
- CCS jobsite supply inventory is satisfactory.
- Ensures completion of required training/cross training of other Controlled Contamination Services personnel.
- At times, represent the company in customer interactions.
- Ensures accurate time keeping and labor law compliance – correct Paycom usage.
- Performs inventories, reports and related work as assigned.
- All other duties as defined by your supervisor.
- Ability to operate floor scrubbing and carpet care equipment. (Training provided if needed)
- Ability to perform Payroll function for location (Training provided if needed)

- Demonstrates excellent conflict resolution skills, and maintain confidentiality.
- The ability to stay calm and rational under pressure.

- Must have a high level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Must be proficient with cleaning chemical components and safety requirements.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
