This is a medical technology company originated from Palo Alto, California, since 2024 and focuses on developing wearable continuous ultrasound imaging technology combined with AI analytics to give clinicians real-time, ongoing insights into a patient's internal organ systems.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a seasoned serial entrepreneur to serve as CEO and lead the company through fundraising, product development, regulatory approval, and commercial launch.
- Lead fundraising efforts and manage investor relationships
- Drive company strategy and execution in partnership with the Board
- Oversee product management from pre-FDA development through product launch
- Guide regulatory strategy, including FDA approval pathways
- Build, lead, and scale high-performing teams
- Represent the company with investors, partners, and industry stakeholders

A successful Chief Executive Officer (CEO) applicants should have:Advanced education background, such as PhD, MD, MBA, Master of Science from relevant field
Proven serial entrepreneur with startup leadership experience Strong track record in venture fundraising Experience in product management within medical devices, AI-digital health, or regulated industries Direct experience taking products from pre-FDA to market launchLeadership Profile * Humble, collaborative, and highly professional * Strategic thinker with strong execution skills * Comfortable operating in early-stage, high-growth environmentsWhat's on Offer
