Received the Boston Top Dentists Award 5 years in a row! We are a busy, well-established pediatric dental office seeking a full-time Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced clinicians and new graduates looking for strong mentorship, advanced technology, and a supportive long-term team.
Compensation & Schedule
$1,500 per diem
Monday–Friday
Full-time position
High-volume practice
FFS / PPO only – no Medicaid
Technology & Clinical Support
Exceptional training and mentorship (new grads welcome)
Technology-driven practice featuring:
Two CBCT units
Laser dentistry
Digital scanning
AI-supported diagnostics including Videa AI
Modern, well-equipped operatories designed for efficiency and quality care

Requirements
DDS or DMD
Board certified or board eligible in pediatric dentistry
Strong clinical skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Comfortable in a high-volume environment or eager to learn
