Stoneleigh-Burnham School, an independent girls’ boarding and day school for grades 7-12, seeks a part-time, Monday - Friday, Barn Crew member.

Located in the Pioneer Valley, a short drive from the Five College Consortium (UMass Amherst, Smith, Mount Holyoke, Hampshire and Amherst College), Stoneleigh-Burnham School is the only girls’ school in New England to offer the IB Diploma Programme and attracts students from the local area and around the world. Position Details:

• Part-time, 20 hrs. per week

• Monday - Friday, 7 am - 11 am

• Perform daily barn chores, including but not limited to feeding, turning horses out, mucking, sweeping, etc.

• Be able to lift 50 pounds

• Be comfortable working a fast-paced environment

• Some horse experience is preferred, but we will train the right person

• Tractor driving experience is a plus!

• Good people skills and a positive attitude

• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

• CORI and SORI check required

• $17.00 per hour
