ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of our sales division while fostering a supportive and energetic workplace culture.
Set clear growth objectives and provide your team with the coaching needed to reach them.
Monitor individual and group performance metrics to identify opportunities for professional growth.
Develop and implement regional sales campaigns that resonate with the Plymouth community.
Collaborate with agency leadership to refine our outreach strategy and improve client retention.
Lead weekly strategy sessions designed to share best practices and tackle complex coverage scenarios.
RequirementsActive Property & Casualty Insurance License for the state of Massachusetts.
Five or more years of experience managing sales teams in the insurance industry.
Deep understanding of personal and commercial insurance product lines.
Demonstrated ability to mentor sales staff and improve conversion rates.
Proficiency in data analysis and CRM reporting tools.
Experience with local market expansion strategies in New England.
