Nurse Manager - Direct Hire Opportunity with North Hill

Location: Needham, MA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (slight flexibility); every other holiday

Salary Range: $110,000-$115,000 annually

(Compensation within this range is based on qualifications, including education, experience, and skills. We strive to ensure competitive and fair pay that reflects the value each candidate brings.)

Additional Perks: Staff appreciation bonuses in June and December ($600-$800)

About the Opportunity

Amergis Healthcare Services is partnering with North Hill , a premier senior living community with a 5-Star CMS staffing rating , to fill a Nurse Manager position. North Hill is redefining nursing care through its innovative "Small House" model , creating a home-like environment where residents receive personalized care and staff thrive in a supportive setting.

This is a direct hire opportunity for an experienced RN leader who is passionate about quality care, mentoring others, and shaping the future of nursing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support nurses and care partners in delivering high-quality, person-centered care

• Conduct resident rounds, review care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff within assigned households

• Manage 3-4 nurses across 7 households

• Serve as on-call outside of working hours (calls are infrequent)

• Actively work on the floor to ensure exceptional care

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Massachusetts

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (long-term care preferred)

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience

• CPR certification (required)

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Passion for mentoring staff and delivering exceptional resident care
