Inventory Clerk

**Job Title: Inventory Specialist** **Pay: $22-24** **Location: Watertown, MA** We're looking for an **Inventory Specialist** to keep our operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our production process-managing inventory, organizing parts, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be for efficient assembly. **What You'll Do** + Receive and verify incoming shipments, checking for accuracy and quality. + Maintain real-time inventory records using ERP or tracking systems. + Stage and deliver materials to production areas based on schedules. + Assemble kits for builds, reworks, and upgrades so technicians have everything they need. + Manage returns, defective parts, and rework items with proper tagging. + Keep storage areas organized, labeled, and accessible. + Prepare outgoing shipments with accurate packaging and documentation. + Perform cycle counts and resolve discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy. + Be the go-to resource for technicians and engineers when parts are needed. + Suggest process improvements to make inventory workflows more efficient. **What We're Looking For** + Experience in inventory control or warehouse operations. + Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, NetSuite, etc.). + Ability to operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts). + Strong attention to detail and data entry skills. + Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus. **Why You'll Love Working Here** + Be part of a collaborative, close-knit team where your work truly matters. + Enjoy a casual dress code and flexible hours. + Opportunity to contribute ideas and improve processes. + Work in a supportive environment that values efficiency and innovation. **Job Type:** Contract **Location:** Watertown, MA **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Watertown, MA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
