Hourly Restaurant Supervisor
110 Grill Maynard is now hiring an Associate. We are looking for part-time availability. Nights and weekends are required, however, we do offer flexible schedules.
Job Details:
- The Associate leads restaurant team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations, excellent guest service, and compliance with food safety standards.
- Responsibilities include managing shift flow, supporting team performance, resolving customer issues, maintaining cleanliness and quality, handling minor administrative tasks, and acting as the manager on duty when needed.
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills are essential.
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
