We’re urgently hiring a Registered Nurse to join our outpatient care team. This position supports patients across triage, clinical procedures, and wellness visits. You'll collaborate with a team of committed providers and clinical staff to deliver compassionate, high-quality care for a diverse patient population, from managing chronic conditions to routine health concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical assessments, vitals, medication administration, and wound care
• Assist with procedures (IUD insertions, biopsies, catheterizations) and run point-of-care tests (rapid strep, urinalysis, PPD)
• Triage patients via walk-in and phone; escalate appropriately
• Educate patients on care plans, devices, and medications
• Support with abnormal labs, prescription refills, follow-ups, and provider support
• Rotate through the call center and prescription lines as needed

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Massachusetts and current CPR certification
• 6+ months of RN experience in ambulatory or outpatient care
• Strong communication and organizational skills; basic MS Word/Excel proficiency

Preferred Skills:

• Bilingual in Haitian-Creole
• Experience with EHR systems
• Familiarity with patient education, care coordination, and minor procedures
