Location: Agawam, MA
Pay Rate: $20 – $22 per hour
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

Compensation & Benefits:
- Paid Time Off (PTO): Two weeks (10 days) per year

What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order processing, ERP data entry, and supplier coordination. You’ll play a critical part in keeping operations running smoothly by supporting purchasing, logistics, and customer service functions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Entry (Primary Focus):
- Enter purchase orders into Great Plains (GP)/ERP system.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all systems.
- Process incoming customer orders, confirmations, and delivery schedules.
- Purchasing & Supplier Coordination:
- Review daily material needs; issue purchase orders.
- Expedite or delay deliveries as needed.
- Interact with suppliers for scheduling, error resolution, and credits.
- Maintain raw material compliance matrix and required documentation.
- Logistics & Customer Service:
- Follow up on purchase orders and logistics appointments.
- Communicate with customers to verify and clarify orders or shipments.
- Provide backup support to the customer service team using provided templates.
- Accounting & Administrative Support (Backup):
- Serve as backup for Accounts Payable/Receivable in ERP.
- Assist with filing, recordkeeping, and general office duties.
- Order and manage office supplies.
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in order entry, data entry, administrative support, or a related office role.
- Strong computer literacy, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Great Plains preferred).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
