Minimum Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required; technical coursework preferred
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems Microsoft 365 and basic hardware (desktops laptops printers peripherals)
Preferred Education & Experience
- Associate or Bachelors degree in IT or a related field
- 2-3 years I think of experience in an IT support help desk or customer service role
- Experience using ticketing systems and working in a call center environment
Certifications
- CompTIA A or similar certification preferred
