- Drive organizational readiness for the IPO process by ensuring rigorous compliance standards across multi-state jurisdictions and federal regulations.
- Lead complex employee relations cases and partner with management to navigate performance workflows, including PIPs, conflict resolution, and retention strategies.
- Maintain expert-level proficiency across all HR functions—including Payroll, Benefits Administration, and LOA management—to provide seamless departmental coverage and support.
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process and lead employee engagement initiatives designed to strengthen company culture and long-term staff retention.
- Serve as a strategic partner to people managers, providing coaching on problem-solving, policy navigation, and best practices for managing diverse teams.
