Manufacturing Operator
Are you looking to build a career in a specialized production environment? We are seeking a reliable Manufacturing Operator to join our 1st shift team. In this role, you will play a critical part in our production cycle, specifically focusing on the molding and finishing of our core silica carbide products. This is a hands-on position perfect for someone who enjoys technical work, operating heavy machinery, and seeing a physical product come to life from raw mixtures.

Responsibilities Include:
- Machine Operation: Safely operate hydraulic presses to mold silica carbide mixtures into specific tile shapes.
- Finishing & Detailing: Use various finishing tools to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Quality Control: Utilize measuring tools to verify dimensions and consistency of molded products.
- Material Handling: Manage raw mixtures and finished tiles, including lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean workspace and strictly adhere to safety protocols, including the consistent use of required PPE.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 1–2 years of manufacturing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working with hydraulic machinery and precision measuring instruments.
- Safety Mindset: Committed to wearing eye protection, hearing protection, and gloves.
