A reputable organization in Westborough, MA is seeking dedicated Electro-Mechanical Assemblers (EMI) to join a fast-growing team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity offering strong potential for growth and skill development.

Position Details:

• Pay: Competitive, based on experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• 1st and 2nd shift openings available
• Location: Westborough, MA

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools
• Read and interpret work instructions, schematics, and engineering drawings
• Perform visual and mechanical inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Complete required documentation and maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Collaborate with team members in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with hand and power tools (e.g., screwdrivers, drills, torque drivers)
• Basic understanding of assembly practices
• High attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Willingness to learn new skills in a structured manufacturing setting
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
