Job Description
About Windsor
Headquartered in Portland, Oregon, with an office in Northampton, Massachusetts, we are an agile, growing company made up of motivated and talented team members who share a passion for the environment. Since 1998, we have been developing systems and streamlining processes so our governmental agency clients can do their jobs better, protecting and improving water, air, land, natural resources, or health exposures. We know that good ideas can come from anyone at Windsor, and our core culture is about valuing everyone’s input, no matter the position. Continuous learning and growth are encouraged. We are team players and pragmatic innovators. We love our work, and maybe it’s because we fit each job, as much as we can, around the person versus each person around the job.

You welcome the opportunity to look deeper into a system, troubleshoot issues, and improve the product. You have experience fielding customer issues, assessing their validity, and, if required, working with the product team to seek resolution.
You have excellent communication and organizational abilities. Your interpersonal skills allow you to work with a diverse group of clients and colleagues, and you can successfully complete assignments within deadlines.
