We are hiring a BI Solution Architect for a full-time position with our client.
Job Title: BI Solution Architect
Location: Farmingham, MA
Job Type: Permanent Full Time
Requirements: US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or EAD (GC) can apply.
Required Skills:
- 9+ years of experience in Data modeling and Data Architecture
- Teradata-based physical database design
- Design and develop load processes using BETEQ scripts and Teradata-based load utilities
- Expertise in ELT-based data transformation
- Identification and optimization of sub-optimal queries and load processes
- Adoption of features and best practices in newer Teradata versions
- Assist ETL and BI development teams in writing complex SQL
- Ability to understand data and develop subject matter expertise on complex applications
- Review logical and physical data models to support complex end-user dashboards and reports
- Ability to drive and lead projects during implementation, test, and deploy phases
- Developing and implementing Enterprise Data Warehousing, Data Warehouses, Data Marts, Decision Support Systems, and Operational Data Stores
- Developing and maintaining enterprise-wide data models, Logical Data Models, and Physical Data Models
- Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Retail-related data warehousing experience a plus
